Holiday Vacation Camp
The Darien YMCA will be offering Vacation Camp during the Holiday Break for children 3 years old thru 5th Grade. Activities include: swimming, crafts, outside play, gym, cooking, games and more.
December 27th, 28th and 29th
Times: 9:am – 1pm, 1/2 Day: Pre-school (Members: $60, Non-Members: $70)
9am – 4pm, Full Day: Pre-school thru 5th Grade (Members: $80, Non-Members: $90)
Extended Care: 8am – 9am and/or 4pm – 6pm ($10 per hour)

Need some time to get your holiday shopping, wrapping or cleaning done without your children in tow? Let the Y staff entertain them for a few hours.
Ages: 3-10 years (fully potty trained). Please bring your own lunch during lunch time.
Members: $10/hr for 1 child or $14/hr for 2 or more children
Non-Members: $12/hr for 1 child or $16/hr for 2 or more children

Snowbirds Holiday Program
December 18 – 21, 2017
Age 2: 9:30 am – 11:30 am Ages 3-6: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
Join us for this special holiday vacation program. Fun, fun, fun! We will be creating special holiday crafts, baking special goodies, exploring on the trails, searching for signs of winter animals in our woods and visiting our collection of animals in our zoo room. Children will have great stories to tell about all of their discoveries!

Holiday Break Kids Workshops
Seasonal Nature Study:
Clay, Printmaking, & Painting (Ages: 5-9)
3 Sessions · December 18 – December 20
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday · 9:00 am – 1:00 pm · $230
This three-day workshop will include an investigation of art materials and history in the making of works of art related to the natural world. Students will be offered a variety of materials to combine and explore while encouraged through ongoing one-on-one demonstrations. The school will provide all materials. Students should bring a hearty nut-free snack.
LEGOS: Wood Sculpting and Painting (Ages: 5-9)
2 Sessions · December 21 – December 22
Thursday, Friday · 9:00 am – 1:00 pm · $170
This two-day Lego Studio exploration will include Lego play, sculpture building, and painting. Students will develop an understanding of Lego’s in new ways in their making of a sculptural work of art. This social gathering will include ongoing demonstrations and one-on-one support. All materials will be included. Students should bring a light nut-free snack and a sturdy large container to transport art object home.

Preschool Half-Day Camp

Allow your little athlete to experience the Field House’s dynamic sports programs during our School Break Camps. Gymnastics instruction is followed by other activities including rock climbing, arts & crafts, soccer and dance. Children must have turned 3 prior to attending camp and be fully toilet trained to participate.

Through spirited play and friendly competition, campers experience the thrill of sports and team play at Manhattan’s most exciting and comprehensive multi-sport camp.

Our annual Winter Holiday Break camp is back and better than ever with both a boys-only and girls-only camp! Our boys camp will be held at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center for boys in grades 3-8 and feature games, drills, competitions and more. Our girls camp will be held at the High Rise Headquarters in Stamford for girls in grades 4-8 and feature the same fun activities!
