 Immersive Installation Allows Shoppers to Travel Through Time to Capture Insta-Worthy Photos

In partnership with Atlanta-based NGK Agency, The Sono Collection will welcome guests to enjoy eight pop-up containers filled with photo-worthy backdrops themed from recent decades. From the 50s to the future, shoppers will have the opportunity to capture photos with interactive backdrops and fun themes including:

• The 50s – The Diner: This colorful display will take guests back to the classic neighborhood hangout featuring a retro diner filled with bold neon signage, checkered flooring, vintage wall décor, a diner counter and stools, a custom-lit jukebox, and more.
• The 60s – Mellow Meadows: Boasting peace and love, this pop-up will bring out the flower child in everyone. Featuring an eye-catching VW van painted with colorful and funky designs, guests will go far out with this perfect photo moment.
• The 70s – Disco Fever: Transporting guests to a boogie night’s dream, this installation will have disco fans ready to hit the dance floor with a variety of disco balls, neon signage, and more.
• The 80s – The Gamer: Featuring a pixelated paradise, guests will be welcomed to jump into their favorite video game with oversized video game icons, custom seating, neon lighting, and more.
• The 90s – The Video Store: Rewinding into the iconic video store of the 90s, guests will have the opportunity to relive the excitement of renting their favorite movies with shelves filled with VHS tapes, a ‘Be Kind Rewind’ sign, video drop slot, and more.
• The 00’s – Teenage Dream: Making fetch happen, this backdrop will include wall-to-ceiling pink fur, custom lockers, an oversized lip seat, and a mirror for that lip gloss check before class.
• The NOW – Gone Viral: Set in today’s meme culture, this pop-up will have guests LOL’ing with a floor-to-ceiling photo series featuring some of the internet’s most viral memes.
• The Future: A revolutionary gateway to an alternative universe, this display will feature sleek design elements, LED lighting, custom seating, and more as guests are transported to the future.
