Bloody Mary (makes 3 quarts)
1 can Sacramento tomato juice
1 tablespoons of chilli salt
25 shakes of Red tabasco
1 pint chilli de arbol salsa (RECIPE BEOW)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sangrita Salsa
3 large roma tomatoes, quartered
3 pieces chili de arbol
1/2 large white onion peeled
Take all ingredients and combine with a little oil, salt and pepper. Sear onions, tomatoes, and chilies until brown. Take the product and puree in a food blender until smooth. (Yields 1 pints)
For the drink
In a pint glass and fill with Ice
2 oz Tito’s Vodka
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 oz bloody mis
shake and add whatever garnish you enjoy, we do cilantro, Benton’s bacon and a dried chili de arbol
