Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile project support manager who is passionate about empowering women in the workforce and girls’ leadership. Our small team is looking for someone to support and work directly with the CEO and
COO for the launch of a workbook designed to equip grownups with the tools, knowledge, and resources to empower a girl in their life (Daughter, Niece, Sister, Cousin, Athlete, Student, Mentee etc.), and teach them strategies to strengthen their self-worth. Ultimately, we hope to grow girls’ confidence, determination, and ambition, and strengthen their belief that they deserve to achieve their potential. The workbook is complete and ready for launch this summer.
The responsibilities include building a marketing and community impact plan and managing outreach, social media promotion, coordination, video editing (basic editing skills, not highly technical), client correspondence with key youth organizations/media outlets/
a difference in the lives of girls and someone they can count on!
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Training Support:
- Support CEO/Author’s Team
- Creating a marketing and impact plan
- Attend and support the behind-the-scenes production and facilitation of Girls Workbook training programs (virtually or at times in person if local)
- Assist in coordinating virtual and in-person workshops and speaking engagements.
- Assist in research and analysis to support project and training objectives
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines, providing regular updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow
- Attend meetings and document key discussions and action items
Community and Communication Management:
- Create and curate content for various social media (IG/LinkedIn) and promote leadership training programming, topics relevant to girls’ confidence, ambition, and compassion.
- Create/Implement launch strategy for new workbook launch and leadership training initiatives/
resources. - Schedule and post content in accordance with a content calendar
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
● Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
● Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.
● Passion for empowering girls and building their confidence and leadership skills
● Skills: Problem-solving, learning agility, creativity, integrity, trustworthiness
● Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks as needed. Willing to learn.

Required Skills and Experience:

Primary Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Create and support the execution of digital and print communications, including weekly newsletters, event materials, and reports.
- Maintain and update multiple calendars, including editorial,
- communications, school, and event calendars.
- Track and manage timelines for marketing and communications projects, ensuring deliverables are met.
Quality Control
- Proofread and fact-check all outgoing materials, using both personal expertise and digital proofreading tools.

Liaison & Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal departments, faculty, parents, and external vendors.

Administrative & Financial Support
- Oversee budget tracking, process invoices, reconcile credit card statements, and maintain expense records.
- Organize and maintain departmental files, project archives, and vendor contracts
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an assistant, senior administrative, or high-level coordinator role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with advanced proofreading skills.
