a difference in the lives of girls and someone they can count on!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a marketing and impact plan
  • Attend and support the behind-the-scenes production and facilitation of Girls Workbook training programs (virtually or at times in person if local)
  • Assist in coordinating virtual and in-person workshops and speaking engagements.
  • Assist in research and analysis to support project and training objectives
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, providing regular updates
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow
  • Attend meetings and document key discussions and action items

Community and Communication Management:

  • Create and curate content for various social media (IG/LinkedIn) and promote leadership training programming, topics relevant to girls’ confidence, ambition, and compassion.
  • Create/Implement launch strategy for new workbook launch and leadership training initiatives/resources.
  • Schedule and post content in accordance with a content calendar

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
● Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
● Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.
● Passion for empowering girls and building their confidence and leadership skills
● Skills: Problem-solving, learning agility, creativity, integrity, trustworthiness
● Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks as needed. Willing to learn.

If you are a motivated, proactive, and versatile individual who wants flexible project-based and majority remote work, we invite you to apply and become a valuable part of our team.

If interested in this position, please share any experience and respond to the following questions:

  1. How do you connect with the purpose and mission of empowering girls to cultivate their confidence, embrace ambition, and strengthen their self-compassion?
  2. What is your experience with community/social/book marketing, and interest in running the launch and execution of this project including outreach to nonprofits, schools, community organizations, thought leaders for testimonials, press/media outreach to podcasts and news outlets, help with organizing book workshop training and education events online and in-person?
