Edible Nutmeg magazine, which highlights food and drink from across Connecticut, and New Canaan Library are proud to announce a video series, ‘Edible Nutmeg on the Road’. The video series is co-sponsored by Walter Stewart’s Market and hosted by Food Network star, Chef Plum.
Edible Nutmeg on the Road is a unique collection of short, inspired videos that celebrate local farmers and purveyors incorporating humor and interviews. with Each segment focuses on the bounties of the season with quick and easy recipes to follow. The first series has been extremely well received by consumers, producers, and local TV networks.  Enjoy ood samples from local farms and purveyors at this debut event.

Since 2006, Edible Nutmeg has been Connecticut’s source for information about regional food, farming, sustainability, and the local communities that support it. The print edition is published quarterly and can be found in restaurants and cafes, grocery stores, farmers’ markets, bookstores, retail shops, fitness centers, hotels, and resorts throughout western Connecticut.
