An Introduction to the Enneagram

Free community workshop on Wednesday, June 12, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at The Meeting House of the United Church of Rowayton, 210 Rowayton Ave. Explore the Enneagram, a powerful spiritual tool for connecting mind, body, and heart. The Enneagram outlines nine distinct personality “types,” each with unique gifts but also with habitual ego patterns that often prevent us from experiencing complete connection with self and others. Facilitator and coach, Ryan Deal, will assist with identifying personality types and exploring ways to more fully incorporate this awareness into our daily lives. Light refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
