The Holly Pond Vacation Camp Program is designed for school breaks and holidays. Attendees enjoy their time off by swimming, creating arts & crafts, playing in the gym, and participating in field trips and special events. Registration begins 4 weeks prior to the start of each program. A minimum of 4 participants per group are needed to run the program.
Extended Care Available: 8:00 am – 9:00 am &/or 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Spend your day off from school having fun with your friends at the Y! In vacation camp children will play in the gym do arts and crafts, have fun in the pool, and enjoy a special theme activity each day. Theme days include visits from magicians, Lego creations, remote control car racing, and inflatable obstacle courses. Registration deadline is February 12th by 5:00 pm. Please note that Vacation Camp will not run with less than 10 children
Extended day options are available (8:00 am – 9:00 am) & (5:00 pm – 6:00 pm).

Groundhogs February Vacation Program @ Darien Nature Center

9:30 am – 11:30 am (Age 2)
9:30 am – 1:30 pm (Ages 3+)
Children ages 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will enjoy a winter vacation program. Exploring the trails, pond and brook and identifying what happens in the winter months to the landscapes. The children will also be creating nature crafts and enjoying the menagerie of animals in our zoo room.
Children should always come prepared for the weather, Coat & Snow pants, boots, mittens and a hat are required as they will go outside!!!

Winter Break Program @ NC Nature Center

Out of school and looking for some wintry fun in the great outdoors? Come down the hill and join other enthusiastic kids as our expert staff lead a variety of winter-themed adventures throughout the 40-acre expanse of NCNC. Partake in nature games, crafts & activities!
