Although some of the local fireworks and holiday events have been rescheduled, there are still plenty of options! Be sure to celebrate the Fourth of July with a BANG!
MONDAY, JULY 5
Stamford Downtown at the Landmark Building in Stamford Downtown
At 9pm, you’ll be able to see the show from anywhere in Stamford Downtown and southern Stamford!
To help protect against a potential spread of Covid-19, the City of Stamford encourages you not to congregate. Roads will remain open.
Greenwich Fourth of July Fireworks at Greenwich Point Park
Greenwich Point Park at 9:10 pm
Entry to the park will require an active Park Pass for residents and single-entry ticket for guests.
Fairfield Independence Day Fireworks at Penfield and Jennings Beaches
Fireworks begin around 9:15pm (entertainment starts at 6pm)
Beach Parking lots can be accessed either with a Season Beach Sticker or by purchasing a Daily Pass for $50.00 per vehicle (credit card only). Daily Passes will be limited to the first 300 vehicles at Jennings Beach and 100 vehicles at Penfield Beach.
Ridgefield Family Fireworks
Fireworks start at dusk (gates open at 6pm)
Only ONE ticket is necessary per car. Shuttle Buses are provided from the two elementary schools. Please have your printed order confirmation or ticket on your dashboard and ready at the gate. (Parking at Ridgefield High School, Barlow Mountain and Scotland Elementary Schools.)
SUNDAY, JULY 11
New Canaan Family Fourth Celebration at Waveny Park
Fireworks begin around 9:15pm (Event begins at 5pm)
Enjoy a picnic or dine from one of the food trucks. Musical performances by “Mind the Gap” (5:30-7:15 pm) and the Town Band (7:30-9:15 pm). Fireworks display to follow the live music!
Event passes available only to New Canaan Residents and their guests. The 2021 pass fee is $35 and sold online at www.newcanaan.info.
THURSDAY, JULY 22
Darien Fireworks Display at DHS
Fireworks at Darien High School have been moved to Thursday, July 22. For updates on parking passes and other details, check the town website HERE.
