- Cupping Therapy – The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles and encourage blood flow. Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.
- Dry Needling – Dry needling is a modern treatment designed to ease muscular pain. Practitioners place the needles in “trigger points” in your muscle or tissue. The points are areas of knotted or hard muscle. The needle helps release the knot and any muscle pain or spasms.
