From cashmere coats to T-shirts, fun dresses to easy WFH loungewear, flip-flops to wedges—no matter where you’re going (or staying!), Chou Chou has something for you. Even though we pride ourselves on carrying a great selection, what is most important to us is being people our customers can count on—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This is a tough time for all of us, and we want to do everything we can to be there for our neighbors.

Can you share any inspirational moments or positive experiences that have come out of this?
Even though we’ve been in business for over 20 years, our customers have become even more like family to us. They check in on us and have supported us in ways that extend beyond just “shopping.” Home deliveries have turned into 45 minute conversations; passersby knock on the window and wave. We’ve sensed more than ever how important we are to our customers and this community and vice-versa. Because everyone was apart for Easter, we offered free shipping and deliveries of custom Easter baskets and were overwhelmed by the response. To be able to help families connect across the country in that way was so meaningful to us.
Any favorite Spring & Summer looks that we can get excited about?
Easy summer chic dresses!! Even if we can’t travel or go to restaurants like we used to, there’s nothing like a pretty, easy midi or maxi with flip-flops for a backyard (quarantine) party!
