Sama Yoga Center offers Private Group Classes on our Outdoor Garden Deck, as well as Small Group Classes, Family Programs, Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Trainings, Continuing Education, Workshops, Retreats and Online Classes and Trainings. We offer yoga for every body, age and ability. (TM)

No! Subscribe to our newsletter to receive free short online practices, sign up for classes to join us, rent or purchase our most popular online classes on Instant Sama, gain access to our full library online through Sama Connect or check out our online Trainings. We’ve got options to meet you where you are.
How can the community best support your business?
We consider first how we can support you, our community! Your health and well-being are at the forefront of our mission. How can you support us? Can you share inspirational moments or positive experiences that have come out of the quarantine?
We had gotten so big, with regular classes up to 35 people, trainings with 20 people. We’ve been forced to become more intimate once again, which is so very nice! We love seeing you, hearing how you are doing and seeing sweet connections made within our community. We’ve received heartfelt feedback on how much our little studio means and how much love and care it is filled with. Much in part to your presence and support. For that and for you, we are grateful.
