Cardio Tennis: A fast paced tennis class designed to get your heart pumping with drills designed to improve your game. It is the ultimate full body calorie burning workout.
Mondays 9:oo – 10:30 am
Tuesday nights (ladies only) 6:30 – 8:00 pm
Fridays 9:00-10:00 am and 10:00 – 11:30 am
Point Play: Actual points are played out while working your entire body from head to toe. You will continually be moving from offense to defense in these fast pace drills combining the aerobic workout of Cardio Tennis and the competitiveness of Match Play.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
12:00 – 1:30 pm
Stroke Production: This class provides a thorough and detailed instruction of a specific stroke. Each class is designed to dramatically improve a player’s game, one stroke at a time.
Fridays 11 am – 12:30 pm
Reservations can be made one week in advance. Sign up on-line or at the front desk. $40 for 90-minute class, $30 for a 60-minute class.
