luckyoga is a playful lifestyle brand that creates simple, yet elegant, essentials that inspire a healthy and balanced life. Their mission is to empower positive change through creativity, craftsmanship and community.
Founded by contemporary artist Billi Kid (www.billikid.com) and devoted yogi Claudia Rodriguez, the brand was inspired by their combined passion for art and yoga. The husband and wife team, who reside in Darien, saw an opening in the lifestyle yoga-wear market and ceased on the opportunity to create a brand that is simple in approach and elegant in execution. Since its inception in 2015, luckyoga has been introducing various products at local pop-up and trunk show venues. The brand now feels poised to launch their long-awaited website in 2017 with a sampling of their most popular tank tops, t-shirts and pins.
Recently, luckyoga partnered with the Darien YMCA and created their first annual Mind Body Spirit Festival. Bringing together like-minded brands in a collaborative wellness environment while presenting them with a unique retail opportunity. A portion of the sales IN support of REVIVE, the Darien YMCA’s cancer rehabilitation program. The experience heightened their belief that part of their mission will also focus on giving back to the community.
