Getting Away with Murder centers on seven well-to-do patients of an eminent psychiatrist meeting for their weekly group therapy session. During a fierce Manhattan thunderstorm, the patients arrive and soon discover that their doctor, Dr. Conrad Bering, has been murdered. Wanting to avoid bad publicity, “the patients conduct their own investigation amid power blackouts, sightings of phantom figures on the terrace outside, and enigmatic messages on the doctor’s answering machine.
Snow White has married her true love and they are living happily together with their four children. However, their happiness is threatened by the return of the Wicked Queen who has spent 20 years collecting all the broken pieces of the Magic Mirror. Can Muddles the jester and his mother Dame Neffertiti enlist the help of the dwarves and the fairies to thwart her evil plan? Of course they can, this is a pantomime and all the necessary ingredients of corny jokes, lots of action and audience participation take us on our way to a happy ending.
An uncouth corrupt rich junk dealer, Harry Brock, brings his showgirl mistress Billie Dawn with him to Washington, D.C. When Billie’s ignorance becomes a liability to Brock’s business dealings, he hires a journalist, Paul Verrall, to educate his girlfriend. In the process of learning, Billie Dawn realizes how corrupt Harry is and begins interfering with his plans to bribe a Congressman into passing legislation that would allow Brock’s business to make more money.
Time Stands Still focuses on Sarah and James, a photojournalist and a foreign correspondent trying to find happiness in a world that seems to have gone crazy. Theirs is a partnership based on telling the toughest stories, and together, making a difference. But when their own story takes a sudden turn, the adventurous couple confronts the prospect of a more conventional life.
John has been overseas for 3 years and is welcomed home by the charming Mary, the love of his life. John’s life had been saved while overseas by his buddy Fred. Fred returned home a year before John, and John brings him what should be a pleasant surprise – news he has married Lily, an English girl Fred had fallen in love with who couldn’t get to America for years unless as the wife of a GI. John marries her to deliver her to Fred, hoping to get a quick divorce from Lily to marry Mary. Mary and her family have, of course, no idea what has happened and insist upon an immediate wedding.
