Celebrate Memorial Day with an outdoor Barbeque at Grace Farms, with free time to explore 80 acres of diverse natural landscape, and remember those who gave their lives with time for reflection.

A small flock, or “flamboyance,” of flamingos will be standing – often, on one leg – in the aviary on the Aquarium’s riverfront courtyard from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. (That’s May 27-Sept. 4.) The exhibit is free with Aquarium admission.

Down on the Farm is a beloved community event that brings good old-fashioned fun for the entire family to Darien. Whole Foods Market will be serving a picnic barbecue lunch. Pony rides, a petting zoo, climb aboard a tractor, “travel to the treetops”, scavenger hunt on the trails, a photo booth, old-fashioned picnic games, face painting and more!
