Meet Catherine Hu, a New Canaan mother of two teenage girls and the founder of Mama Hu’s Sushi Bakes. After relocating from Pennsylvania for a job at Pepperidge Farm, she fell in love with New Canaan. Hu started doing sushi bakes during the pandemic, before officially launching the business in 2022.
