Sama Yoga Offers Free Yoga Class 9/9
Sama Yoga Center in New Canaan will offer a free class to the community on September 9 at 11 AM to welcome the fall season. The 75-minute class is open to all, and will be taught by yoga instructor Josh Kane. A casual reception with refreshments will follow. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and pre-registration is suggested.
